Financing Your Exclusive Luxury Condominium

The Meridian is pleased to offer our "One-time Close" loan program for the acquisition of your new luxury condominium at The Meridian. Here is how the program works. The "One-time Close" loan will allow you to purchase your "warm shell" as well as finance the cost of your custom finish package.

This loan is available on fixed rate mortgages as well as adjustable rate products.

Some of the key points about this special loan program for the The Meridian are as follows:

  • Up to 95% of the cost of your condominium can be financed (subject to appraisal).

  • Up to 12 month construction terms available.

  • Construction interest may be financed as part of your loan.

  • Construction interest rate is calculated at Prime + 1.5% or Prime + 1% for a $750 fee.

  • No re-qualifying at the end of construction. This loan is both your construction loan and your permanent loan.

  • You may lock your permanent interest rate anytime during the construction term.

  • If you purchase at The Meridian will be your second home, this program is also available.
