Lease Rates

This class A facility leases in a rental range of $1.95 to $2.25 ($23.40 to $27.00) a square foot per month. Leases are based on a full service, excluding tenant janitorial services. With a common area load of 14% per Net Usable Square Footage.

Tenant Improvements

Tenant Improvement packages are currently negotiable, based on the term of lease, and the financial strength of the tenant.
