Interior Amenities
Large, inviting lobby areas are created at the joining of The Meridian’s two wings.
This V-shaped design affords a very efficient use of interior space, thus minimizing
common area loads.
Three interior elevators service The Meridian’s underground parking and 6
above-ground levels, providing quick and easy access for residents, businesses
and their clientele.
The building features an
interior refuse chute, which whisks garbage to automated compactors located in
the underground parking garage.
Covered Patios
Fourth, fifth, and sixth floor condominiums will enjoy private covered patios on which
The Meridian’s spectacular vistas may be fully appreciated. Many of the patios on the 6th
floor run the entire length of the unit and will offer incredible views.
Alcoves
Second and third floor units will enjoy stylish alcoves with French doors
opening to let in fresh air.
Ground Floor
In addition to an entrance via the central lobby, all ground floor suites may optionally
be fitted with their own exterior entrances. Ground floor business owners can then provide their
clientele with easy, direct access.

Common Areas
The Meridian will have a large theatre room with a wet bar that can be reserved for parties,
professional meetings, and family gatherings. Located just across from the theatre room will
be an exercise room that will contain various equipment pieces available to all owners.
Outside Amenities
Two 12-foot waterfalls greet visitors at The Meridian’s front entrance on the corner
of Mission and Commercial Streets. Just beyond the waterfalls lies The Meridian Courtyard
with comfortable outdoor seating that is adjacent to, and part of, the available
Cafe/Bakery/Coffee retail storefronts.
On the opposite (west) side of the complex, the meticulously landscaped grounds
include picknick and seating areas overlooking the Willamette River, with
designated areas for walking pets, and wildlife viewing.
Storage
The Meridian’s underground parking garage will have secured storage units that will be
assigned to the residential units on a first come first serve basis. The storage units
vary from 55 to 75 square feet with 14 foot high walls.
Security
Full-time video survelience is maintained on all ground floor entrances and exits,
in the lobby, elevators, and parking garage. Magnetic cardkeys are required to open
parking garage entry gates, with separate cardkeys for visitors.
