On-site Parking The Meridian will be the only downtown Salem facility to offer a 3:1000 Net Usable Square Footage parking ratio for employee/staff, with a high customer parking ratio. Each Condominium Residence owner has the option to reserve up to two dedicated parking places. All Meridian parking is on-site. A large percentage of the parking is covered and protected from the elements.
